The role involves providing assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring issues are resolved accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or any related studies
  • Open to candidates with BPO/Call Center experience, preferably in technical support
  • Fresh IT or related course graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literate and able to multitask across systems
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays, and graveyard shifts
  • Amenable to work in Paco, Manila
