We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join a fast-paced customer service environment handling technical and customer-related concerns across multiple communication channels. The role involves providing assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring issues are resolved accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT or any related studies
- Open to candidates with BPO/Call Center experience, preferably in technical support
- Fresh IT or related course graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate and able to multitask across systems
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays, and graveyard shifts
- Amenable to work in Paco, Manila
