Admissions Assistant (Office Clerk) - Manila

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Assistant (Office Clerk - Contractual Basis) to join our team at Far Eastern University (FEU) in Sampaloc, Manila. This is a contract position, allowing you to gain valuable experience in a dynamic university environment.

• Maintain accurate student records and files
• Provide administrative support to the admissions team, including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process

• Graduate of any Bachelor's course (Preferably BSBA Marketing and related programs)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No to little experience in an administrative or clerical role (if experienced, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and data entry
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
