CSR/CALL CENTER AGENT|FAST ONLINE PROCESS |Up to 27k

1. Answer and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about products and services
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with patience and problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the company system
4. Process orders, payments, and other customer requests efficiently and accurately
5. Provide product information and make recommendations to meet customer needs
6. Follow company scripts and procedures whilst maintaining a natural, conversational tone
7. Meet or exceed call handling time targets and quality standards as outlined by management
8. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate
9. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialised departments as needed
10. Participate in training programmes and maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services

1. High school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification
2. Proven customer service experience in a call centre or similar environment (preferred but not essential for motivated entry-level candidates)
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and the ability to articulate information effectively
4. Strong listening skills and empathy when dealing with customer concerns and complaints
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or customer interactions simultaneously whilst maintaining quality
6. Proficiency in using computer systems, call centre software, and standard Microsoft Office applications
7. Professional demeanour and patience when handling difficult or frustrated customers
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and potentially weekends as required
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
10. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment
11. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisor guidance
