About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at MASUMA Food, Inc. (Commissary of Conti's). In this full-time role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.Based in Western Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for human resources and a desire to grow their career.
What you'll be doing- Maintain employee records and personnel files in a confidential and organised manner
- Assist with the recruitment, including contract and ID preparation of new hires and newly regularized employees
- Liaise with employees to address HR-related inquiries and provide support as needed
- Perform general HR administrative duties, such as data entry, report generation, and filing
- Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives as required
- 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- An understanding of HR policies and procedures, with a desire to learn and grow in the field
