SHIPPING ( INVOICING & BILLING - EXPORT) STAFF

Job summary:

Responsible for handling export-related invoicing, billing, and documentation to ensure accurate financial transactions and compliance with international shipping regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Invoice all export documents using TOSS and MACRO.
Ensure that customer shipping requirements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently, and check the packaging condition of product to be exported.
Assist in conducting activities and documentation related to education and training.
Monitor and receive freight billings and checks the accuracy of amounts based on the approved quotation.
Check and ensure the accuracy of the Airway Bill and Bill of Lading.
Prepare the Cargo Loading Checklist.
Conducts shipment bookings through service providers/ couriers (e.g., DHL,UPS and FedEx).
Print BIR commercial invoices and packing lists.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four (4) years course.
Experience in export invoicing, billing, or international shipping documentation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
