FINANCE SUPERVISOR/ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR - oversees the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant laws and standards, and timely completion of accounting activities. This role is responsible for supervising finance staff, reviewing financial documents, supporting audits, and contributing to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures and with constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide finance team members in daily accounting tasks such as general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and verify the accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly books.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
