Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements.
- Convert sketches, markups, and design concepts into detailed technical drawings.
- Revise and update drawings according to feedback and project changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Prepare layout plans, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain organized CAD files and drawing database.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for accuracy.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify details.
- Maintain drawing version control and documentation.
- Graduate of Drafting Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or a related course.
- At least 1 year of work experience as an AutoCAD Operator, CAD Draftsman, or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction/engineering drawing standards and symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
