What you will be doing:

• Coding up exciting new features, both back-end and front-end
• Designing and structuring your code to follow strong objected-oriented design principles, so it's flexible, unit-testable and maintainable
• Working in a Scrum/Agile environment, you'll play planning poker with the team to estimate work and plan sprints
• Engaging in team discussions and knowledge sharing to promote best practices and continuous improvement
• Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on your team members' pull requests
• Continuously upskill and stay current with emerging technologies and development practices
• Working and collaborating with the rest of your team between 7am and 4pm PH time (with 1 hour of breaks)

What we need you to have:

• Excellent written and spoken English - all meetings and discussions are in English and are deeply technical
• At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience, or a proven track record of exceptional talent and capability beyond your years
• At least 3 years working with C# and .NET
• Solid experience using Angular and/or similar frontend technologies
• Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and modern web standards
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
• Experience with databases, SQL and ORM tools like Entity Framework
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Comfortable using a time tracking tool to record your work hours (Time Doctor)
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace (ideally with a lock on your door if you live with others)
• Reliable computer, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet (e.g. Fiber or Starlink)

This position is specifically for experienced, stand-out developers who can take ownership of complex projects and deliver high-quality work from day one.

While we do periodically open vacancies for mid-level developers, this role is focused on finding someone with proven experience and capability. If you're still building toward that level, we encourage you to watch out for future opportunities that may be a better fit.

• You're currently in a junior or mid-level position
• Coding for you is just a job - something to pay the bills. You don't really "love" coding
• You've not quite worked out how to get the best out of AI tools to help you code.
