What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a customer service or contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to drive process improvements
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Experience in the call center or customer service industry is preferred, but not essential
