Position Title: Architectural Intern

Reports To: Senior Architect / Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Architectural Intern will assist in executing architectural projects. The role involves supporting all phases of design and construction while gaining valuable industry experience. This internship provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, enhance technical skills, and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate must posses a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture student
Must be eager to be trained the following:
To have a strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
To be Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
To be Proficient in cad to review architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing sanitary and mechanical.
To be Proficient in Microsoft excel.
To be able to organize, prioritize work plan, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
To be able to do quantify materials/ estimate cost.
To be strong written/verbal communication skills.
Willing to be assigned construction project site
Las Pinas (Project Based)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 6 months
