We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician / General Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and general building systems. This role requires a well-rounded technician who can handle both electrical work and assist with other maintenance tasks (mechanical, basic plumbing, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with electrical codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices (e.g., multimeters).
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, for defects and ensure proper operation.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as lighting replacement, outlet repair, and basic mechanical work.
• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, outlets, lighting, and wiring.
• Support other departments or technicians in routine building maintenance or technical tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Record and report maintenance logs, service issues, and completed work.

Qualifications:

• TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (or higher) is required.
• Vocational diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in electrical work or facility maintenance.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical tools and testing equipment (e.g., clamp meters, multimeters).
• Basic understanding of other trades such as plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces or heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if necessary.
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
