Makati - Accounting Assistant

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Assist with the reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Provide support with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting assistant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
