Job Description

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a track record of hitting targets.
• Niche Expertise: Preferably with work experience in the swimming pool industry (chemicals).
• Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; must be fluent in local dialects (Fluency in Cebuano/Bisaya is required; proficiency in Hiligaynon or Chavacano is a significant advantage for territory expansion).
• Customer Focus: Extensive experience in high-level customer service and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Visayas market.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, resort owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and close high-value deals with precision.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local trends and competitor activity within the swimming pool sector.
