Customer service representative- work from home
We are now hiring for a Work From Home position.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
At least 1 year call center experience or work at home experience
Experience must specifically be in customer service roles within call centers or work from home environments.
Work from home experience is acceptable only if it was in a customer service capacity.
Keyboarding skills at a minimum of 30 wpm.
Availability to work a schedule which may include varying shifts, weekends and/or holidays.
Flexible scheduling availability is required to accommodate varying business needs and shift requirements.
Self-management skills to work independently in a home office location.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving remote Team environment.
Natural ability to collect information from various tools, analyze the technical information, while engaging and interacting with customers.
Make productive contributions and flourish within a Team where expertise is shared and feedback is supported.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Exhibits exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Must have a conducive, secure, and private home office free from background noise.
Internet and Hardware Requirement:
Must have a desktop/ laptop, a noise-cancelling USB headset , mouse and keyboard.
Wired internet connection at home (minimum of 20mbps download speed and 30 mbps upload speed)
OS: Windows 10RAM: 8GB or Higher of Memory
Processor: i3 or higher
The computer must be Free of Malware or viruses
