Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technical Support Specialist located in Taguig. The IT Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, assist in maintaining and managing IT systems, and assisting in the implementation of ICT solutions.The role also involves coordinating with teams to address technical issues, ensuring system functionality, and working on IT-related projects as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
