Work shift: (EST Gen shift) 9AM to 6PM
Salary: 50k-100k (max)

Qualifications:- College Grad/Post grad
- 5+ years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design.
- Strong preference with experience in fashion design and visuals
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography and color usage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Showcase adaptable and responsive behaviour everyday
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Good to have an experience in fashion retail
- Language Proficiency Level: English (B1)
- Not a job hopper
- Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling print designs that align with brand identity, demonstrating strong typography, spatial composition, and attention to detail
- Consistently uphold high standards of speed, precision, and visual quality across all work
- Implement design changes efficiently and accurately throughout the creative process
- Apply feedback from partners and creative teams to refine designs and meet deadlines
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs, following guidelines set by creative leadership
- Stay current with design and social media trends, particularly in the fashion and retail industries
