Qualifications

Experience Required:

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting experience

• Strong functional expertise in SAP C4C (Sales and Service)
• Hands-on experience with Iron Python scripting for functional enhancements
• Solid understanding of API integrations and data flows between SAP C4C and other systems
• Experience in incident management, change management, and transport handling
• Ability to work in AMS / support-driven environments with SLA awareness

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules to support global See4C operations
• Ability to handle on-call or extended support during critical incidents or releases

Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior SAP C4C Functional Consultant will support and enhance the See4C landscape, acting as a functional–technical bridge between business users and technical teams. The role requires strong functional expertise, solid technical understanding, and flexibility to support shift-based operations to ensure global coverage.

• Facilitate business and functional workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, solution designs, and system configurations
• Design, configure, customize, and test SAP C4C functionalities in alignment with See4C standards
• Act as primary functional consultant for incidents, enhancements, and change requests
• Perform issue analysis and root cause investigation, proposing functional or technical workarounds when required
• Handle urgent fixes, emergency changes, and transports for high-priority incidents
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and cleanliness across SAP C4C environments
• Coordinate closely with technical teams for scripting, integrations, and complex fixes
• Support and validate integrations via APIs with external systems
• Maintain and update functional documentation, including design documents, test cases, and UAT results
• Proactively identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements
• Provide ad-hoc user support and functional training to business users
• Guide, mentor, and support junior functional consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to improve user adoption and system efficiency
