Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, OSHC compliance, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR systems.
Preferably with experience in the Food or Hospitality industry, the HR Manager will play a vital role in developing HR strategies, supporting business operations, and guiding leaders in performance management, discipline, and employee development.

The position requires excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coach and support managers and supervisors on leadership practices, employee performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and HR records for accurate reporting and data management.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and recommendations for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team while promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support operational and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 5 years of experience in the same field,
  • Preferably with experience in Food or Hospitality industry,
  • Strong knowledge in Philippines labor law and OSHC compliance,
  • With HRIS background and excellent in microsoft applications,
  • Knowledgeable in Compensation and benefits,
  • Able to coach and guide managers on leadership, performance, and discipline practices.
  • Good people management with strong inter-personal skills,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned at Mabolo, Cebu City.
