Job Summary: The Warehouse and Inventory Manager will oversee our warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is vital to ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse processes, and timely reporting to support overall business operations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep experience in inventory control, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
  • Ensure all stock is properly labeled, stored, and organized for easy accessibility and minimal loss.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, discrepancies, reorder points, and expiry dates.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols, organizing shifts, checking complete uniforms
  • Coordinate with the sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with demand, and the order fulfillment team in the shipment of packages to customers.
  • Coordinate with the property manager for permits and the schedule of incoming trucks for delivery
  • Implement systems and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
  • Handle documentation and system updates related to inventory movements and adjustments, admin side of handling people
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Accountable for inventory damages, safeguarding the inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in stock counting and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Google Suite; experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks when needed.

Good to have (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience managing bulky items or strength-training equipment inventory.
  • Familiarity with barcode systems and stock-tracking technology.
  • Background in logistics or supply chain operations.
