- Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000
- Work Location: Bridgetowne & Taguig (Onsite)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for telco and technical accounts
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues
- Promote and upsell products/services based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets
- Accurately document interactions using CRM tools
✅ Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Technical Support and Sales (Telco account preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with sales-driven environment
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne or Taguig
- Open to shifting schedules
