Assistant sales supervisor
With Telco experience
With Motorcycle and Driver's License
Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
