Job Description

We are seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to assist patients and clients with inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance concerns, and account support while delivering accurate and professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Guide healthcare services, claims, and coverage
• Assist with form submissions and claim processing
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes

Requirements:

• With at least 3 to 6 months of BPO experience
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
