Warehouse Manager (Lubao, Pampanga)

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow optimization.

Sales and Distribution Support:

• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to align warehouse operations with business demand and delivery schedules.
• Ensure high levels of order accuracy and on-time delivery performance.
• Oversee dispatch planning, documentation, and logistics coordination.

Inventory Management:

• Establish and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Analyze inventory reports and coordinate with procurement and finance for planning and discrepancy resolution.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage warehouse supervisors and staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan manpower requirements, staffing, and workforce optimization.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Review and analyze warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, delivery performance, etc.).
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years in warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics, distribution, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
