Sales Recruiter

We’re looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant with experience in agency recruitment. You’ll be responsible for finding and placing the right candidates into sales roles by understanding job briefs and actively headhunting using platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK Talent, and our internal database.

• Understand job briefs and identify the right type of candidates
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, and our internal systems
• Screen and qualify candidates based on relevance and job fit
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Meet targets and deliver successful hires

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an agency recruitment role (preferably with exposure to sales recruitment)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Ability to qualify and shortlist relevant candidates
• Good communication and people skills
• Motivated, organized, and results-driven
