JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly safety reports and site acitivities.
- Prepare work permit daily or weekly as required by the site
- Report site activities
- Maintain records of inspections, toolbox meetings, safety orientations, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and update safety documentation, permits, and PPE records.
- Ensure all safety reports and documents are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Must have own laptop for daily documentation and report submission
- Preferably residing near Kanlaon Town Center, Kanlaon, Quezon City
- Punctual and reliable
- No late and no absences allowed
- No Safety Officer = No work on site
