Project Planning and Design Support

Assist in the development and preparation of project plans, schedules, and
cost estimates.
Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure project

requirements are met.

Coordinate with the design team to incorporate any changes into project

documentation.

Technical Oversight

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that engineering solutions are effective, feasible, and compliant
with regulations
Supervise the construction/implementation of the engineering work, ensuring alignment with the approved plans and specifications
Address and resolve technical issues or challenges that may arise during

the execution phase of the project

Coordination w/ Stakeholders

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, architects, and other
engineers to ensure smooth project execution
Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
regarding technical requirements, timelines, and progress.

Ensure

Quality Control and Compliance

Ensure that all work meets industry standards, quality control guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with safety and

quality standards.

Implement corrective actions if any deviations from the specified standards

or plans are found.

Budget and Resource Management

Monitor project costs and ensure that all engineering activities are

completed within the allocated budget.

Oversee the procurement of engineering materials, equipment, and
resources.

Ensure that materials and resources are available as per project timelines, minimizing delays.

Risk Management

Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Monitor the progress of project tasks and suggest improvements to ensure

the project remains on schedule.

Address engineering-related challenges promptly to minimize project

disruptions.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including
technical reports, design modifications, and project progress.
Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding the status of

engineering tasks and potential issues.

Ensure all documentation is in compliance with project and organizational

standards.

Project Handover and Closure

Oversee the final inspection and testing of project deliverables, ensuring all
engineering criteria are met.
Prepare project completion reports and support project handover to clients

or operational teams.

Participate in post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and identify

areas for improvement.
