Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Monitor and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare basic financial reports, including monthly income statements and balance sheets, as required
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with external bookkeepers, auditors, or consultants as needed
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of financial and confidential records
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, billing, collections, and vendor payments
- Help improve and streamline accounting procedures and internal controls
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license is not required
- Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and process-improvement oriented
