Quantity surveyor - Liloan

Job Description

• Coordinate directly with the Operations Manager and the President.
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
• Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involve liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of intervening payments, and the final account.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Able to work well within a team-based environment.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed in Civil Engineering is an advantage.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD Drafting.
• Has knowledge/experience in the civil engineering industry with a reasonable degree in the construction industry.
• Has the ability to articulate in a concise manner.
• Ability to communicate confidently with different levels of personnel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Must be in good health condition.
• Willing to work in Liloan, Cebu, and can start ASAP.
