PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

- At least four (4) hours relevant training on records maintenance, computer literacy or other related training
- At least six (6) months relevant experience demonstrating ability in administrative and clerical tasks, basic computer operations, management and updating of records
- Career Service Sub-Professional/First (1st) Level Eligibility

- Very good oral and written ability;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Division Chief of the Legal Assistance Division-Legal Service. The Administrative Aide IV performs administrative support services functions related in the areas of records management, data management and liaison duties, administrative legal works, designate and attends TWGs activities as may assigned by the immediate supervisor or LS Director, and other related tasks.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, encoding, scanning and editing of Electronic Document Transaction Management System (EDTMS) for incoming and outgoing documents;
- Liaison duties – forward to pertinent OBSUs for endorsement to the Director;
- Facilitate out-going documents from pertinent OBSUs for endorsement to the Director.
- Assist in records management duties and responsibilities of the Legal Service;
- Attend to assigned administrative duties and responsibilities; and
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities or as assigned by the Director and Lawyers.
