Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CPA certification is an advantage but not required
Job Duties:
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for management.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and explain variances
- Evaluate business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and business initiatives
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend strategies to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
