Finance & Accounting Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, inventory, and tax reporting.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and provide training.
• Develop and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze financial data to offer insights and recommendations for management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership skills to mentor and manage team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information to stakeholders.
