Director, Consulting

• Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities and shape strategic recommendations
• Develop and pitch consulting proposals, securing new and repeat engagements
• Manage complex projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions across marketing, product, risk, and operations
• Build and maintain senior client relationships across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintechs
• Drive portfolio growth and profitability through data-driven strategies and segment expansion
• Support regional consulting operations, reporting, and strategic planning

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
• Background in financial services or payments preferred; regional and global exposure a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data storytelling and strategy development
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; collaborative and adaptable in matrixed environments
• MBA or equivalent education preferred
