Is currently looking for:

SALES TECHNICIAN

(Iloilo City)

• Serve customers by helping them select units.
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling
• Greet and receive customer questions
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
• Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards
• Alert management of potential security issues
• Assist with inventory and technical departments.
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest and,
• Other related responsibilities are given to you by the company

• College graduate of any computer or I.T.-related course
• With a background in computer troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledgeable in the installation of O.S., software, and other applications.
• Highly Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.
• Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
• Friendly and happy personality. Do not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
• Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
• Willing to start ASAP.
