Job Description:

Seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to support our growing portfolio of business transformation projects. This role focuses on building modern, scalable web applications and AI-driven solutions that streamline client operations and enable smarter workflows

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications aligned with client and internal business needs
• Build AI-powered agents and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Integrate and optimise systems across SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, project management, marketing tools, etc.)
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Qualification and requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong DevOps capability and deep understanding of cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
• Proficiency in:
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g. Twilio, OpenAI GPT)
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimisation
• Experience building internal tools and workflow automation solutions
• Ability to design secure, multi-tenant applications supporting large user bases
• Portfolio or examples of previous work required

• Experience with hosting platforms such as Vercel, Railway, or similar
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
