Sales Executive (DAYSHIFT) - Inbound Leads + Outbound Growth Sales

Bluedge is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

If you thrive on closing deals, love speaking with clients, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert inbound enquiries (phone, email, web, referrals) into qualified opportunities and closed deals
  • Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and campaigns
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Create proposals, quotes, and SOWs with internal team support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide insights to improve offers and increase conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (Sales Executive, Account Executive, or BDM)
  • Strong phone presence and excellent follow-up discipline
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle (inbound + outbound)
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • A very proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
