Our client is looking for a Product Manager (Sales) who will be responsible for sales and product management of the assigned portfolio. Work setup is mainly on field and company office is based in Pasig City.

Key Responsibilities:

• To meet assigned coverage and agency line sales targets.
• To fully cover all assigned territories to meet sales objectives.
• To independently manage all sales and marketing activities for assigned agency lines.
• To coordinate with relevant divisions for special arrangements and support.
• To build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• To analyze market potential and develop plans for product introduction and market penetration.
• To prepare competitive analysis comparing products to key competitors.
• To develop mid to long-term plans for agency line growth.
• To actively contribute to the division's strategic planning activities.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in a science-related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Capable of preparing marketing analysis reports and driving product performance.
• Organized, methodical, and logical.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
