Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers delivering excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, chat, or email support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role in BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk systems
- Familiarity with phone and chat support tools
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
