Job Summary

The Service Master is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations across assigned areas (restaurant, convenience store, or fuel station). This role focuses on maintaining service quality, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily frontline operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Provide hands-on support during peak hours in restaurant, store, or fuel station operations.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the service area.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure proper product handling, food safety, and sanitation standards (for restaurant operations).
Monitor fuel dispensing procedures and safety compliance (for fuel station operations).
Support inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment when needed.

Prepare daily reports related to operations, sales, and incidents.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
At least a high school level or graduate of any business-related or hospitality course.
Experience in food service, retail, or fuel station operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
