We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of providing high-quality support to customers.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair technical issues with equipment, software, and systems
Install and configure new hardware and software systemsConduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems
Document and maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and best practices in the field
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Preferably with atleast 1 year experience
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
Willingness to learn and take new challenges
Fresh graduate are welcome
