COURIER / MOTORIZED RIDER
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Courier/Motorized Rider to join our dynamic team at ABest Express Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Courier/Motorized Rider, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced courier and delivery services, ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of packages to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate a motorcycle to transport and deliver packages to customers within the assigned delivery area
- Collect packages from our distribution centre and sort them according to delivery routes
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers, obtaining signatures, and resolving any delivery-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including package tracking information
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
- Assist with other courier and logistics-related tasks as needed
- At least 1 year of experience as a courier or motorized rider in the courier/logistics industry
- Valid driver's license and experience operating a motorcycle safely
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
