Job Title: Construction Foreman (Civil & Structural)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Construction Foreman to lead our on-site team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing workers, and ensuring that project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget.

• Site Supervision: Manage and coordinate daily activities for masons, carpenters, and laborers to ensure work aligns with project plans.
• Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets structural, masonry, and finishing standards.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to Safety and Health standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Resource Planning: Monitor material deliveries and tool inventory to prevent delays in the construction schedule.
• Reporting: Discuss daily progress reports to the Project Engineer, Site Manager and Admin.

• Experience: At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Foreman in residential or commercial construction.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership: Strong communication and "people management" skills to motivate and lead a diverse team of workers.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various weather conditions and stay on-site for extended periods.
