Pharmaceutical Representative (PABAZA)

In charge of converting target doctors to customers through effective marketing and selling skills in a designated area or territory (Market Group). Also, peripherally tasked to help manage business sources for business growth.

• Achieves assigned monthly peso and unit sales targets;
• Consistently delivers high ratings on functional competencies such as on-time submission of reports, compliance to identified guidelines, adequate product knowledge, among others;
• Demonstrates efficient territory and customer management within assigned territory;
• Effectively promotes products to target doctors/customers by clearly delivering unique selling propositions, differentiating factors, and brand messages based on approved/authorized promotional materials;
• Effectively communicates and build rapport with target doctors/customers;
• Demonstrates effective selling and negotiation skills, heightened commercial awareness, and is able to promote customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any four-year course in any field.
• He/She must be willing to do field work and can easily adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Preferably with work experience as Medical Representative.
• He/She must be physically fit and mentally alert.
• Hardworking and trustworthy.
• He/She must have good interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.
• He/She must have good verbal and written communication skills.
