Accounting Clerk (AP/AR/GL)

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must be a College Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or any relevant course.
• Experienced in working in a BPO/Shared Service set-up or environment.
• Must have at least 1-2+ years of experience in any accounting domain within Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger.
• Knowledge in US GAAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge in any accounting tools - SAP or Oracle and effective use of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Job Description:

• Maintain financial records, ensuring accurate and recording of transaction and preparing reports by updating spreadsheets and accounting software with financial data.
• Conduct audit to ensure all financial data are in compliance with the policies.
• Reconcile accounts, matching of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing and creating financial reports to report and present to management and vendors - updating of records of resolve any discrepancy.
