Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments for Australian businesses.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquires in a professional and courteous manner
• Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system

Qualification and requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an appointment setter in the BPO industry
• Strong experience in lead generation and or telesales
• Fluent in English with excellent comprehension, verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and adjust sales approach accordingly
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Minimum 2-years outbound call center experience
• With Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Daily, monthly, quarterly bonus
