Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have experience in any of the following areas: Tool and Die Manufacturing, Plastic Injection Molding, or Stone Processing Operations.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading production personnel, monitoring workflow efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Lead, train, and motivate production personnel to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain product quality and process standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to address operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit production reports, performance updates, and incident reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Address employee concerns and maintain discipline within the production team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the production area.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Tool and Die, Plastic Injection Molding, Stone Processing, or related manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficient in preparing reports and using Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when necessary.
