Outbound Sales Representative (U.S. SEO | Onsite)

Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based digital marketing and local SEO agency.

This role focuses on outbound lead generation, client engagement, and consultative selling, helping small and medium-sized businesses understand how digital marketing can grow their presence and revenue.

• Onsite in Clark, Pampanga
• Full-time role
• U.S. client exposure (Digital Marketing / SEO industry)

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based small and medium businesses
• Introduce and explain digital marketing and local SEO services
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
• Manage leads, call outcomes, and pipeline updates
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs

• At least 2–3 years experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telesales
• Experience in digital marketing or SEO sales is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable speaking with international clients (U.S. market)
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient in sales conversations
• Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
