We are looking for experienced and strategic HRBP Specialists to join our dynamic HR team.

This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters to support business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce planning needs and drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to address skill gaps and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication across all levels.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep HR policies and programs competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • at least 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a BPO set-up.
  • Strong knowledge of HRBP practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
