Role Overview
We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI leader to drive the bank’s enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy. This role will shape how AI is embedded across products, operations, risk, compliance, and customer experience—turning data into real business impact while ensuring safe, ethical, and scalable deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the bank’s AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework
- Lead development of AI/ML solutions across credit scoring, fraud detection, personalization, AML, and customer service automation
- Build and scale AI platforms, including GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and decision intelligence systems
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, IT, and Business Units to ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., BSP, AMLA, data privacy laws)
- Establish AI governance, model risk management, and ethical AI guidelines
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers
- Drive data strategy alignment with AI initiatives to ensure quality, accessibility, and scalability
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into competitive advantage
- Manage AI vendor partnerships and build internal capability vs external dependency
- 12–15+ years in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics
- Strong experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Proven track record building production-grade AI systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of ML, NLP, GenAI, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong leadership in building AI teams and enterprise transformation
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks in banking
