About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will support the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partner, department heads, and external agencies to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.

Your tasks will include posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments. You will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable methods to select candidates on schedule.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
  • Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruiting.
  • Analyze Recruitment KPIs and provide detailed and analytical recruiting reports to the team.
  • Serve as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace
  • Perform other related tasks required by the business
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
  • Demonstrated professional experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency
  • Proficient in conducting various interview formats
  • Hands-on familiarity with diverse selection methods, such as video and phone interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Experienced in creating HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in Ortigas once a week
  • Plus points if you’ve worked in the healthcare industry
