Dealer Sales Officer (Auto Finance Account Officer)

The Opportunity

This is a field-based role ideal for candidates who thrive on relationship-building, business development, and structured sales execution.

• Identify and develop dealer connections through accreditation.
• Solicit loan applications and ensure documentation completeness.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for approval and booking.
• Facilitate signing of loan documents and ensure smooth payout of proceeds.
• Support collections and manage post-booking account coordination.
• Supervise and guide assigned Marketing Assistant for documentation support.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by your immediate superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in auto loan sales, dealer coordination, or financing business is an advantage.
• Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong network of used car dealers and agents in the area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and local language of the assigned area.
• Must have experience selling used cars.
